ERP Executive - HCM [22/01/2013]
Prepare, and upgrade the requirements and ensure alignment of systems strategy with the company objectives
Manage Configuration, master data templates and master data, roles and authorizations
Involvement in day-to-day team tasks (Incidents for resolution, analyzing change requests, etc.)
Supporting end users in troubleshooting, technical research on configuration problems and functional issues
Create functional specifications for reports, enhancements, work flows, Data warehouse reports
Perform initial testing on testing environment to make it available for the end users before UAT startup
Prepare and update a log of identified bug/issue/queries. Suggest corrective actions required
Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy
Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS standards) as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work
